Literally best decision I’ve made as far as cat items. I have a very large big guy and he loves it. So impressed with the simplicity of the unit and the app as well. I literally never have to scoop poop again. Just tie the bag throw it in the litter genie. I do recommend getting a mat that traps litter as well as a small step that traps litter as well. Thank you for an amazing reasonably priced litter box that literally makes me happy.

I love this machine, it takes all of the hating of cleaning a cat box to love cleaning the box. It is so easy to set up and connect to your phone, it makes so much of a difference of just pulling out a drawer and dumping than looking and scooping for poop.i love this machine so much that I will be buying another one soon, It took a little time for one of my 2 cats to get used to it and to get used to it automaticly dumping, but now they are both using it and I'm enjoying my extra time cause I don't have to scoop everyday, this bottom drawer holds alot.i definitely recommend this to to a few people I know that have cats and hate to scoop. I also had to order a step only cause my cats are really young still.

Since purchasing this my children no longer commit on the litter box smell in the house. This is one of the best pet purchases we’ve made in a while.

This product was replaced by the vendor as it gave an error code regarding the collection pan that could not be corrected. Initially the vendor was not responsive, but I learned it was due to a holiday celebration. When they did respond they attempt to resolve the issue and when it couldn't be resolved, they sent a new replacement unit. I've had the second unit for about a month and it works wonderfully. It is well worth the cost to have the machine do the work of cleaning the litter. All I do is tie up the bag and put in a new bag.

First, I've only have this 2 weeks so I will update if things turn for the worse, but as of right now I'm pretty pleased. I did a lot of research on these things before picking this one. Took my two 9 lb cats to pick it up pretty quickly which was a concern. Pros: 1. Open top is the way to go. These things store the waist below, but they are not without their own cleaning maintenance. Being open top it's easier to wipe down any smears left behind. Also my cats were already use to an open litter box so it made the transition easier. 2. The sensors work as they should. Doesn't stop if they stand around it, but will if they are on it or in it during a cleaning cycle. 3. App allows extra info on weight, when it was used, when it was cleaned, if a senser was triggered. How long you want it to "clump" before being cleaned after each use. 4. The best part about it is no smell! 5. I appreciate that you have the option of having an auto clean setting and can set a certain time for it to clean after it's been used. Or you can have it set to manually clean if you prefer to push the button on the machine or app. We did this at first to make sure our cats were safe until we felt comfortable leaving it on auto. Cons: 1. It doesn't tell you when it's full. It sends a "Bottom infrared anti pinch senser triggered" and leaves the drum closed. I assume that means the weight of the bottom has reached its max after dropping this new load. I emptied the bottom and tried to reset. When that didn't work i unplugged and replugged and it ran a new cleaning cycle and was fine. So i suggest checking on it every few days so it doesn't happen while you're not home. I have 2 cats so I knew it will fill quickly. Takes a week to fill for my 2 cats. I will probably start changing every 6 days so this doesn't happen again. 2. Don't get this if you think these things are maintenance free. They still get nasty and need to be cleaned. It's definitely better than scooping a huge liter box every day still and breathing in dust from your "dust free" liter of choice 3. You have to top off the liter more often since you're not using a lot to begin with. So you can't just ignore it for the whole week and think you just have to empty it and be done. Not hard to do though. 4. My cats like to paw the liter outside of the machine onto the floor. Hoping they are just trying to figure the machine out and it wont last long. Kitty error not machine, but good to know. If i think of anything else or if it stops working I'll update, but it's working great so far as we learn how to use our new kitty potty.

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF (other was Lasik Vision Correction). We have two cats, three people and two litter boxes (one upstairs/one downstairs). Cleaning the boxes sucked and we argued over who's turn it was the clean them. The open boxes stunk and litter all over the floor. Always a mess because sometimes their aim was not so good. My husband thought I was spending frivolously when I bought two of them but now he thanks me daily. Once set up they run without issue. (When installing, give the wifi and software a minute to catch up.) Gus Gus turned 20 yrs old in August 2025. Being able to monitor his weight and amount of usage thru the app has alleviated a lot of stress for us - it's pretty accurate with both cats and both boxes. The only sound it makes is the shifting of the litter when it cleans. The cats are intrigued watching it clean and then, prompted by a fresh box, like to go for round two. A really great purchase and wish we had done this YEARS ago. I don't write reviews but this one deserves the praise.

I love this litter box; it makes life with your furry friend much easier. I have to clean the tray once per week, and it's just like changing the garbage. It takes only seconds, AND it uses regular clumping litter, which makes it affordable. If I only had one cat, this machine would get 10 stars! Unfortunately, I have a second cat that is scared to death of it. I can't get him to get close to it. So, if you have a "scardy cat", it might not be for you. The cat has to jump up to get in, and there isn't much room for plus-sized cats. BUT if you have a petite cat, 6 - 10 lbs. that likes to jump and play, they will love it, and so will you. My big boy weighs 14 pounds, and even if he weren't afraid of it, it wouldn't be good for him. I have another brand that sits on the floor that works better for him. So.....now I have two litter boxes, but whatever makes them happy works for me.

Purchased as a gift. The recipient has used this just over 30 days. This is used by one adult cat. Positive: Set up was easy. The device operates quietly. The convenience of the app is appreciated. The app was especially helpful after first introducing the new litter box to the feline to ensure he used it. This has definitely eliminated the odor of a litter box (which was the top reason this was requested as a housewarming gift). This has saved time from having to frequently manually scoop a litter box. Overall, this will save money as well as the litter and liners will be changed less frequently. Negative: Small size. The adult cat is of average size and there is barely enough room for him. Because of this, there has been waste + litter smeared on the top part of the litter box above the litter bin. There has also been once or twice where the waste was pushed to the edge of the litter bin and stuck there. The device did not quite clean as it was supposed to. Overall, the recipient is happy with the item.

My cat loved this litter box! He got used to it quickly and it’s comfortable for him to get in. The fit, functionality, and height are perfect. The first litter box I received didn’t clean right due to the cleaning mode pausing in the midst of cleaning which caused me to have to reset the cycle manually. This happened often and resetting worked a few times.. until it didn’t. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 1 or 0 is because customer support sent me a 2nd, new litter box at no charge, didn’t ask me to return the 1st one and expedited the 2nd one so that I got it in 3 days. The 2nd one works perfectly, cleans very well and resets itself correctly. I guess every product has its lemons, I’m glad I decided to give the 2nd litter box a try. My cats love it, they took to it right away. I recommend.

I love my 4 cats, but hate cleaning their litter boxes! For the money I think it's a great deal. 3 cats use this box(1 heathen refuses to use a box at all but that's a different review!) They are all under 9 pounds and I need to empty the bin every other day. I deep clean it about once a month. Pros: Easy set up Use less litter, about half of what we used before. Easy litter disposal with tiny draw string trash bags The bags aren't expensive about $8 for a 6 month supply at our rate of use. 1 box for 3 cats Cons: You have to buy more bags or start dumping &washing out the bin. The dirty litter bin slides in front to back. The box turns/rotates counter clockwise so all the dirty litter falls into the back. If you don't pull out the bin and shake it a bit to get it evenly distributed you can end up with litter/poop smears on the outside of the box. I usually do this once a day. About once a week the sensors either don't work or the cats are in and out too much to let it cycle and I have to push the button to make it cycle. When this happens there is a higher chance of clump getting stuck and not dumping into the bin so you then have to use a scoop to get loose. Over all this was a great purchase for less than$200. I'm getting a second one to put at the other end of the house the next time there is a deal on!

This automatic litter box saves me so much time, it is easy to maintain and keep clean and it also looks so much better than a normal litter box. My cats adapted to it pretty smoothly because I placed it next to their old one and showed them how it works until they voluntarily went in out of curiosity so at that point I took away their old one and in the same day they started using it. Once in a while pee gets stuck on the side and you just have to get it with rake.

This self cleaning litter box is amazing! We have two male cats with very stinky business and we were constantly having to clean their litter boxes. We use the same litter as we did previously (worlds best litter multi cat) both cats took to this right away and our house no longer has that funky cat smell. We did have an “anti-gravity pinch” warning that we couldn’t figure out how to resolve via the manual, but customer support responded to us within a day and included photos on how to locate the dust bin sensors on the bottom of the litter box. Once we cleaned the sensors, the issue was resolved. I’ll include those photos, in case anyone else has the same issue.

I was skeptical at first, but I thought I'd try it. I have four cats. the self cleaning litter box does its job. It's one less chore I have to do in the morning and at night. i'm very happy I invested in it.

I was really skeptical about buying this. Glad I decided to give it a try. It was very easy and fast putting together. The instructions on how to download the app and use it was pretty straight forward. I really like the size. It's not too big but big enough for my 2 kittens aged 4 and 6 months. My 6 month kitten is a main coon mix so he i pretty big and fluffy and she fits in perfect. I love how I can control everything from my phone. The only drawbacks are it doesn't stop once my kitten get near it while it's cleaning . Also, I thought it would automatically clean itself once it detected it's been used. I always have to clean it. The empty function is great also. I would definitely say give it a try. It's good for the price especially when the others I've looked into were $500 or more.

I have a Siamese cat, it took him 36 hours to finally use this automatic litter box, I put a little of his old litter into the new litter. He had no choice, but to use it because I removed his old litter box after the first night of installation. So far so good.

This litter box is for real. Why I waited 20 years to buy one I have no clue. It’s pure common sense u must own one cause the cat stays so much cleaner and doesn’t walk in its own feces anymore. This auto litter box works great. It can connect to WiFi, and then you can control it using the app. It’s easy to use. It connects to WiFi. It’s very convenient. And it’s odd free, which makes a big difference!

We ended up going with this litterbox as I didn't think my two larger sized cats would fit comfortably in a litter robot. Works well, the app lets you know which cat has entered the litterbox by their weight, so not as defined as the litter robot's information but still as much as you would need. Ironically, the big cats adopted it pretty much immediately, but our smaller cat has taken a little longer, but getting there (buying litter attractant helped along with the traditional transition tips). With adult cats anything like this will be a transition but it's a big help in our three cat household for reducing cleanup. I also like the open top design.

I absolutely love this litter box and so do my cats! I love that it has sensors to tell when my cat is in it and when it leaves so I can set up cleaning on a timer. I also like that the app keeps up with how many times it was used and it also tells you when it is being cleaned and when the bottom tray needs to be emptied. It can even tell me the weight of the cat in the box. All of my cats fit into the box easily and can get in and out of the box easily. This product is worth every penny!

It’s a good litter box but about half of the time it’ll get stuck in spin mode so I have to constantly make sure it it’s in the right position for my cats to be able to use it. It’s kind of an inconvenience

At first, my cats were totally confused by this self-cleaning litter box—they gave it the side-eye for only a few hours. But once they warmed up to it, everything changed. I had to put some of their used litter into it to lure them, and I'm not sure if it would've worked if I didn't put it in the same spot as the old litter box. The moment I got a weigh-in notification on the app and heard it quietly start cleaning a few minutes later, I was ecstatic. The open-top design is great for my cats who don’t like enclosed spaces, and the safety sensors give me peace of mind. Odor control is impressive—I barely notice it’s there. The app is intuitive and lets me track usage, which is super helpful with multiple cats. Plus, the waste bin and included liners make cleanup a breeze. The only thing that gave me an issue was the length of the cord and the fact that their old Litter Box was legitimately bigger than my own toilet so the cramped space is new to them. They are both fat cows and still fit, so the size of your cat unless you have a huge Maine Coon shouldn't be an issue. If you’re tired of scooping and want a smarter, cleaner solution, this litter box is worth every penny. To be honest, I was getting tired of my dog picking out "treats" whenever she pleased so now I have one less thing to worry about. Just give your cats a little time to adjust.

If you have a cat that it’s scared of sounds or movement just put it in manual mode and life will be easier for both. I recommend this product specially if you have more than one cat. It is spacious and cat preferred because it’s not completely close. Clean litter box all time!

I ordered this particular self cleaning litter box because I was going away and my husband doesn't scoop! Lol. It was easy to set up and I find there is less tracking of litter from the mahcine. There was a glitch after 5 days. I tried everything. I even had the cable company out to check the Internet. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent me a new machine. It is working great so far! No complaints. I recommend you try this liter box. I appreciate the good customer service and being notified on my phone when the cats use the litter box each time.

Not impressed. The back side of the unit gets stuff on it every time the unit goes through its cycle causing you to have to wipe it down. Also, the sifting does not sift all of the excrement in one cycle, you have to often run multiple cycles to get the litter fully clean, I guess for the money it works and gets the job done but personally I would spend a little more money and get one that works better.

One of my cats is pretty large and up until now none of the litter boxes were spacious enough for him. This one works perfectly for a 15lb kitty

I absolutely love this litter box. It works great for my cats weighing 6 to 16 pounds. I like that it uses regular clumping litter. It makes it more cost-effective in the long run. The open design is good for large cats that don't like enclosed boxes. It is easy to empty and comes with bags to make it that much cleaner. It is kind of large so it needs to be in an open area. However, it does such a good job cleaning that it always looks fresh.

This item is worth the investment. No more scooping. Clean. Cannot smell a "cat-box in the house" oder. I have one long, tall, male cat, and the bag lasts 2 weeks + before emptying. I recommend you do not use crystal litter...it smells and defeats the gravitational design of the product. Use a good, deodorized clumping litter and you will be a happy camper.

Fanominal!!! I was skeptical like all the other people have mentioned. I am sooo happy that I did. The cats absolutely love it, especially my black cat who is a snob. House doesn't smell. The app is okay. Whenever it enters cleaning mode, the cats always come to investigate. I was worried that it wouldn't stop cleaning if the cats tried to get in it, but it does and waits 5 seconds before resuming.

It does look a little big, but when you consider having an enclosed box like I did, it’s about the same and it still fits where my other box was. We have 3 picky felines that all required their own box in the past. Now it’s happily shared! Both my cats and myself are very happy with this purchase and only wished we bought it sooner.

I can't rave enough about this PARUUNTYS Self-Cleaning Litter Box! One of my cat almost immediately took to it. It was easy to set it up (which is always a plus), the app works great, and the self-cleaning mode on this thing smooths out to take ensure that it isn't loud. It keeps everything fresh — no smell at all — and I like that it sends me notifications when it cycles, or needs to be dealt with. My cats adjusted quickly to their new litter box - probably because I took away their other option. One of my cats is a 23 lb. ginger. I was concerned that he would be too heavy. But reading the instruction manual later to try to set up app on my phone, which I have yet to figure out, I saw that the weight limit was 27.5 lbs. As you can see in photo, I don't believe a cat larger than him could be accommodated. He will be put on a diet as needed to maintain his weight as I am quite pleased with the ease of using this product!

My cat is a pretty big cat, well he's still 75% wild. So I needed something suitable for him. I bought him this smart litter box with an open cover so he can poop without any problems. He adapted to it super quickly. Now he only wants to go in there, even to play. He uses it haha. The litter box sends a notification to his phone so it can be cleaned. Cat poop usually has a strong smell, but with this litter box you forget about that. When he poops, the litter box uses its own automatic system to control the bad smell, which is great. When it comes to changing his litter bag, it's quite practical.

This is a set it and forget it type of product for added time and convenience into your life. I've used this for about a month now- have put a new liner in once a week- and have not had to clean the inner locking mat yet. There are no oder issues and the anti-pinch sensor works great! My cat was skeptical at first, so I left her old litter box side by side with this then eventually removed her old one, and she took right to this. She watches its clean cycle in action every time she goes, lol. But, a great value considering some cost 500+ dollars. Functional and convenience for the win.

Works great just had to change the litter from the one we used so it wouldn’t clump up between the dividers after multiple uses. Super easy to remove litter but make sure everything is in place. It will freak out and bounce around during a cleaning session if not properly put together. Just wait for it to stop cleaning and find what’s loose. It hasn’t messed up since.

Compare to my last robot litter box, my cats quickly adapt to this one. It’s half-opened and they used it the first night when I introduced to their cat litter area without power on. It’s easy to assemble. The only improvement this robot litter box needs is , the manual cleaning mode needs to be pressed down twice. It will pause in a few seconds and not move. Overall my cats are satisfied.

I love this Because it cleans waste shortly after use and stores it in a sealed bin, odor is better contained and it doesn’t make any noise I like that is big and any cat can fit in there have very good quality love everything about this.

This automatic litter box is perfect for my cat. She’s a little bit fat and quite large. The entrance of our previous automatic litter box was too small, so after using it for a while, she stopped and went back to using a regular litter tray. I had to clean it every single day. Now that I’ve bought this new litter box with a much wider opening, she loves using it. Also the Self-CleaningIt can setup the time. Then my other timid cat happy to use it, too. It saves me the time of daily cleaning, and the area around it stays spotless. Plus the tray pad can washable.

It works shockingly well and my ancient cat loves it. This unit is really tall, so being a mobility restricted cat he needs a step ladder to get in. But he uses it multiple times a day. It works exactly as advertised. It has an auto stop when the tray below gets full so I don't need to check it. Life is awesome.

Download the app and you can control when to clean, empty, and reset the litter box, even the timing it should wait to clean after it senses the cat used it. Weight will also be recorded. The cat litter box does have to be very close to the router to connect for the first time but once it does, you can move the box farther away. It comes with bags that collect the poop and the dumper is spacious. The cat litter box does stop when it senses the cat is using it so it is pretty safe. I have a Maine Coon mix (big cat) and a Domestic Short Hair (small cat) and they fit fine, so it is spacious. We will see if it keeps working after a while but for now, perfect.

Easy to set up on the app. Use for two news kittens for a week. It does not sense their urine automatically bc they are tiny right bow but number 2 gets registered fine. I love this machine, it takes all of the hating of cleaning a cat box to love cleaning the box. Since purchasing this my children no longer commit on the litter box smell in the house. This is one of the best pet purchases we’ve made in a while.

This product was replaced by the vendor as it gave an error code regarding the collection pan that could not be corrected. Initially the vendor was not responsive, but I learned it was due to a holiday celebration. When they did respond they attempt to resolve the issue and when it couldn't be resolved, they sent a new replacement unit. I've had the second unit for about a month and it works wonderfully. It is well worth the cost to have the machine do the work of cleaning the litter. All I do is tie up the bag and put in a new bag.

First, I've only have this 2 weeks so I will update if things turn for the worse, but as of right now I'm pretty pleased. I did a lot of research on these things before picking this one. Took my two 9 lb cats to pick it up pretty quickly which was a concern. Pros: 1. Open top is the way to go. These things store the waist below, but they are not without their own cleaning maintenance. Being open top it's easier to wipe down any smears left behind. Also my cats were already use to an open litter box so it made the transition easier. 2. The sensors work as they should. Doesn't stop if they stand around it, but will if they are on it or in it during a cleaning cycle. 3. App allows extra info on weight, when it was used, when it was cleaned, if a senser was triggered. How long you want it to "clump" before being cleaned after each use. 4. The best part about it is no smell! 5. I appreciate that you have the option of having an auto clean setting and can set a certain time for it to clean after it's been used. Or you can have it set to manually clean if you prefer to push the button on the machine or app. We did this at first to make sure our cats were safe until we felt comfortable leaving it on auto. Cons: 1. It doesn't tell you when it's full. It sends a "Bottom infrared anti pinch senser triggered" and leaves the drum closed. I assume that means the weight of the bottom has reached its max after dropping this new load. I emptied the bottom and tried to reset. When that didn't work i unplugged and replugged and it ran a new cleaning cycle and was fine. So i suggest checking on it every few days so it doesn't happen while you're not home. I have 2 cats so I knew it will fill quickly. Takes a week to fill for my 2 cats. I will probably start changing every 6 days so this doesn't happen again. 2. Don't get this if you think these things are maintenance free. They still get nasty and need to be cleaned. It's definitely better than scooping a huge liter box every day still and breathing in dust from your "dust free" liter of choice 3. You have to top off the liter more often since you're not using a lot to begin with. So you can't just ignore it for the whole week and think you just have to empty it and be done. Not hard to do though. 4. My cats like to paw the liter outside of the machine onto the floor. Hoping they are just trying to figure the machine out and it wont last long. Kitty error not machine, but good to know. If i think of anything else or if it stops working I'll update, but it's working great so far as we learn how to use our new kitty potty.

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF (other was Lasik Vision Correction). We have two cats, three people and two litter boxes (one upstairs/one downstairs). Cleaning the boxes sucked and we argued over who's turn it was the clean them. The open boxes stunk and litter all over the floor. Always a mess because sometimes their aim was not so good. My husband thought I was spending frivolously when I bought two of them but now he thanks me daily. Once set up they run without issue. (When installing, give the wifi and software a minute to catch up.) Gus Gus turned 20 yrs old in August 2025. Being able to monitor his weight and amount of usage thru the app has alleviated a lot of stress for us - it's pretty accurate with both cats and both boxes. The only sound it makes is the shifting of the litter when it cleans. The cats are intrigued watching it clean and then, prompted by a fresh box, like to go for round two. A really great purchase and wish we had done this YEARS ago. I don't write reviews but this one deserves the praise.

I love this litter box; it makes life with your furry friend much easier. I have to clean the tray once per week, and it's just like changing the garbage. It takes only seconds, AND it uses regular clumping litter, which makes it affordable. If I only had one cat, this machine would get 10 stars! Unfortunately, I have a second cat that is scared to death of it. I can't get him to get close to it. So, if you have a "scardy cat", it might not be for you. The cat has to jump up to get in, and there isn't much room for plus-sized cats. BUT if you have a petite cat, 6 - 10 lbs. that likes to jump and play, they will love it, and so will you. My big boy weighs 14 pounds, and even if he weren't afraid of it, it wouldn't be good for him. I have another brand that sits on the floor that works better for him. So.....now I have two litter boxes, but whatever makes them happy works for me.

Purchased as a gift. The recipient has used this just over 30 days. This is used by one adult cat. Positive: Set up was easy. The device operates quietly. The convenience of the app is appreciated. The app was especially helpful after first introducing the new litter box to the feline to ensure he used it. This has definitely eliminated the odor of a litter box (which was the top reason this was requested as a housewarming gift). This has saved time from having to frequently manually scoop a litter box. Overall, this will save money as well as the litter and liners will be changed less frequently. Negative: Small size. The adult cat is of average size and there is barely enough room for him. Because of this, there has been waste + litter smeared on the top part of the litter box above the litter bin. There has also been once or twice where the waste was pushed to the edge of the litter bin and stuck there. The device did not quite clean as it was supposed to. Overall, the recipient is happy with the item.

The first litter box I received didn’t clean right due to the cleaning mode pausing in the midst of cleaning which caused me to have to reset the cycle manually. This happened often and resetting worked a few times.. until it didn’t. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 1 or 0 is because customer support sent me a 2nd, new litter box at no charge, didn’t ask me to return the 1st one and expedited the 2nd one so that I got it in 3 days. The 2nd one works perfectly, cleans very well and resets itself correctly. I guess every product has its lemons, I’m glad I decided to give the 2nd litter box a try. My cats love it, they took to it right away. I recommend.

I love my 4 cats, but hate cleaning their litter boxes! For the money I think it's a great deal. 3 cats use this box(1 heathen refuses to use a box at all but that's a different review!) They are all under 9 pounds and I need to empty the bin every other day. I deep clean it about once a month. Pros: Easy set up Use less litter, about half of what we used before. Easy litter disposal with tiny draw string trash bags The bags aren't expensive about $8 for a 6 month supply at our rate of use. 1 box for 3 cats Cons: You have to buy more bags or start dumping &washing out the bin. The dirty litter bin slides in front to back. The box turns/rotates counter clockwise so all the dirty litter falls into the back. If you don't pull out the bin and shake it a bit to get it evenly distributed you can end up with litter/poop smears on the outside of the box. I usually do this once a day. About once a week the sensors either don't work or the cats are in and out too much to let it cycle and I have to push the button to make it cycle. When this happens there is a higher chance of clump getting stuck and not dumping into the bin so you then have to use a scoop to get loose. Over all this was a great purchase for less than$200. I'm getting a second one to put at the other end of the house the next time there is a deal on!

This automatic litter box saves me so much time, it is easy to maintain and keep clean and it also looks so much better than a normal litter box. My cats adapted to it pretty smoothly because I placed it next to their old one and showed them how it works until they voluntarily went in out of curiosity so at that point I took away their old one and in the same day they started using it. Once in a while pee gets stuck on the side and you just have to get it with rake.

This self cleaning litter box is amazing! We have two male cats with very stinky business and we were constantly having to clean their litter boxes. We use the same litter as we did previously (worlds best litter multi cat) both cats took to this right away and our house no longer has that funky cat smell. We did have an “anti-gravity pinch” warning that we couldn’t figure out how to resolve via the manual, but customer support responded to us within a day and included photos on how to locate the dust bin sensors on the bottom of the litter box. Once we cleaned the sensors, the issue was resolved. I’ll include those photos, in case anyone else has the same issue.

I was skeptical at first, but I thought I'd try it. I have four cats. the self cleaning litter box does its job. It's one less chore I have to do in the morning and at night. i'm very happy I invested in it.

I was really skeptical about buying this. Glad I decided to give it a try. It was very easy and fast putting together. The instructions on how to download the app and use it was pretty straight forward. I really like the size. It's not too big but big enough for my 2 kittens aged 4 and 6 months. My 6 month kitten is a main coon mix so he i pretty big and fluffy and she fits in perfect. I love how I can control everything from my phone. The only drawbacks are it doesn't stop once my kitten get near it while it's cleaning . Also, I thought it would automatically clean itself once it detected it's been used. I always have to clean it. The empty function is great also. I would definitely say give it a try. It's good for the price especially when the others I've looked into were $500 or more.

I have a Siamese cat, it took him 36 hours to finally use this automatic litter box, I put a little of his old litter into the new litter. He had no choice, but to use it because I removed his old litter box after the first night of installation. So far so good.

This auto litter box works great. It can connect to WiFi, and then you can control it using the app. It’s easy to use. It connects to WiFi. It’s very convenient. And it’s odd free, which makes a big difference!

We ended up going with this litterbox as I didn't think my two larger sized cats would fit comfortably in a litter robot. Works well, the app lets you know which cat has entered the litterbox by their weight, so not as defined as the litter robot's information but still as much as you would need. Ironically, the big cats adopted it pretty much immediately, but our smaller cat has taken a little longer, but getting there (buying litter attractant helped along with the traditional transition tips). With adult cats anything like this will be a transition but it's a big help in our three cat household for reducing cleanup. I also like the open top design.

I had to put some of their used litter into it to lure them, and I'm not sure if it would've worked if I didn't put it in the same spot as the old litter box. The open-top design is great for my cats who don’t like enclosed spaces, and the safety sensors give me peace of mind. Odor control is impressive—I barely notice it’s there. The only thing that gave me an issue was the length of the cord and the fact that their old Litter Box was legitimately bigger than my own toilet so the cramped space is new to them. They are both fat cows and still fit, so the size of your cat unless you have a huge Maine Coon shouldn't be an issue. If you’re tired of scooping and want a smarter, cleaner solution, this litter box is worth every penny. I ordered this particular self cleaning litter box because I was going away and my husband doesn't scoop! Lol. It was easy to set up and I find there is less tracking of litter from the mahcine. There was a glitch after 5 days. I tried everything. I even had the cable company out to check the Internet. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent me a new machine. It is working great so far! No complaints. I recommend you try this liter box. I appreciate the good customer service and being notified on my phone when the cats use the litter box each time.

Not impressed. The back side of the unit gets stuff on it every time the unit goes through its cycle causing you to have to wipe it down. Also, the sifting does not sift all of the excrement in one cycle, you have to often run multiple cycles to get the litter fully clean, I guess for the money it works and gets the job done but personally I would spend a little more money and get one that works better.

Fanominal!!! I was skeptical like all the other people have mentioned. I am sooo happy that I did. The cats absolutely love it, especially my black cat who is a snob. House doesn't smell. My cats adjusted quickly to their new litter box - probably because I took away their other option. One of my cats is a 23 lb. ginger. I was concerned that he would be too heavy. But reading the instruction manual later to try to set up app on my phone, which I have yet to figure out, I saw that the weight limit was 27.5 lbs. As you can see in photo, I don't believe a cat larger than him could be accommodated. He will be put on a diet as needed to maintain his weight as I am quite pleased with the ease of using this product!

My cat is a pretty big cat, well he's still 75% wild. So I needed something suitable for him. I bought him this smart litter box with an open cover so he can poop without any problems. He adapted to it super quickly. Now he only wants to go in there, even to play. He uses it haha. The litter box sends a notification to his phone so it can be cleaned. Cat poop usually has a strong smell, but with this litter box you forget about that. When he poops, the litter box uses its own automatic system to control the bad smell, which is great. When it comes to changing his litter bag, it's quite practical.

This is a set it and forget it type of product for added time and convenience into your life. I've used this for about a month now- have put a new liner in once a week- and have not had to clean the inner locking mat yet. There are no oder issues and the anti-pinch sensor works great! My cat was skeptical at first, so I left her old litter box side by side with this then eventually removed her old one, and she took right to this. She watches its clean cycle in action every time she goes, lol. But, a great value considering some cost 500+ dollars. Functional and convenience for the win.

Works great just had to change the litter from the one we used so it wouldn’t clump up between the dividers after multiple uses. Super easy to remove litter but make sure everything is in place. It will freak out and bounce around during a cleaning session if not properly put together. Just wait for it to stop cleaning and find what’s loose. It hasn’t messed up since.

Compare to my last robot litter box, my cats quickly adapt to this one. It’s half-opened and they used it the first night when I introduced to their cat litter area without power on. It’s easy to assemble. The only improvement this robot litter box needs is , the manual cleaning mode needs to be pressed down twice. It will pause in a few seconds and not move. Overall my cats are satisfied.

I love this Because it cleans waste shortly after use and stores it in a sealed bin, odor is better contained and it doesn’t make any noise I like that is big and any cat can fit in there have very good quality love everything about this.

This automatic litter box is perfect for my cat. She’s a little bit fat and quite large. The entrance of our previous automatic litter box was too small, so after using it for a while, she stopped and went back to using a regular litter tray. I had to clean it every single day. Now that I’ve bought this new litter box with a much wider opening, she loves using it. Also the Self-CleaningIt can setup the time. Then my other timid cat happy to use it, too. It saves me the time of daily cleaning, and the area around it stays spotless. Plus the tray pad can washable.

It works shockingly well and my ancient cat loves it. This unit is really tall, so being a mobility restricted cat he needs a step ladder to get in. But he uses it multiple times a day. It works exactly as advertised. It has an auto stop when the tray below gets full so I don't need to check it. Life is awesome.

This automatic litter box works fantastically so far. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. It connects to WiFi. Download the app and you can control when to clean, empty, and reset the litter box, even the timing it should wait to clean after it senses the cat used it. Weight will also be recorded. The cat litter box does have to be very close to the router to connect for the first time but once it does, you can move the box farther away. It comes with bags that collect the poop and the dumper is spacious. The cat litter box does stop when it senses the cat is using it so it is pretty safe. I have a Maine Coon mix (big cat) and a Domestic Short Hair (small cat) and they fit fine, so it is spacious. We will see if it keeps working after a while but for now, perfect.

This litter box work great. It really cuts down on the odor and I love not having to worry about cleaning it out daily.

It works with a lot of different litters, and it really on discards the waste products in the bin. My cat did not want to use it at first, but after a week, my cat loves it. Loving it so far. Definitely self cleans. My cat’s poop is small sometimes so it sometimes slide through the catcher. But honestly I’m just nitpicking. Tried to get it to work with Alexa but no luck there, again me nitpicking. What matters is the app works for it and my cats are using it.

Easy to set up on the app. Use for two news kittens for a week. It does not sense their urine automatically bc they are tiny right bow but number 2 gets registered fine. Let you know all the things you want to on the app if you play around with it. You can also turn it to manual if your nervous it wont sense your baby
